MoU Signed with Government of Liberia and The Gambia

Today we are excited to announce two important milestones for DelAgua‘s expansion of the Tubeho Neza clean cooking programme into new markets. We are delighted to announce the signing of MOUs with The Gambia and Liberia and would like to thank all of those involved. DelAgua will work in partnership with their Governments to provide clean cookstoves, free of charge, to the rural populations, transforming health, improving lives, combating climate change and benefiting the environment and nature.

Tuesday was a momentous occasion for DelAgua with the signing of an MoU with the Government of The Gambia to provide clean cookstoves free of charge to every rural household.

The Minister for Petroleum and Energy Honorable Minister Abdoulie Jobe met with DelAgua CEO James Beaumont and Regional Director Euan McDougall. Also present were Lamin Camara Permanent Secretary, Kemo K Ceesay Director of Energy and Lamin Marong Senior Energy Officer.

We are excited to also announce the signing of an MoU with the Government of Liberia. DelAgua will work in partnership with the Ministry of Finance and Development Planning & Ministry of Health to provide clean cookstoves free to every rural Liberian household.

We would like to extend our thanks to the Liberian ministerial teams Hon. Samuel Tweah Minister of Finance, Hon. Dr. Wilhelmina Jallah Minister of Health and S. Olasford Wiah Director Ministry of Health.
