Japanese Airlines has retires 200,000 CORSIA Phase 1 credits from DelAgua Rwanda project VCS3699

Zipair, a subsidiary of Japan Airlines, has retired 200,000 CORSIA Phase 1 credits from our Rwanda project VCS3699. As the first phase of the scheme nears its end, airlines are moving to finalise their compliance positions, and DelAgua credits continue to play a part in that process.

Zipair joins a growing list of airlines choosing DelAgua credits to meet their CORSIA commitments. Malaysia Airlines has purchased 10,000 credits from VCS3699 and a further 30,000 from our VCS4150 project, while Geo Sky and Thai Airways have bought 4,500 and 1,300 credits respectively from VCS4150. Both projects are also among those offered in IATA’s CORSIA Phase 1 auction, running from 2 to 27 November, as DelAgua continues to supply eligible units to airlines ahead of the January 2028 compliance deadline.
