At this year’s end of year staff get together, DelAgua celebrated staff in Rwanda that have been with DelAgua since 2014.
These are: Robert Masinde, Jean Pierre Sibomana, Sylvestre Bizimana, Dative Mukeshimana, Kharim Murenzi, Ronald Singoma, Jean Claude Niyibizi, Bruno Nyirimana, Leonard Niyitegeka, Musa Hakizimana and Eric Izerimana.
As DelAgua experienced tremendous growth over the years, so have our staff. Many of the 2014 staff have since been promoted and now work in new departments like data, expansion and logistics.
Dative Mukeshimana, one of the staff who joined DelAgua in 2014, delivered a speech on behalf of the team, reflecting on the company’s remarkable progress over the past decade. She commended DelAgua’s management for growing together with its staff and creating a conducive working environment for everyone.
