Kigali, Rwanda – 28th September 2026. DelAgua, the leading developer of clean cooking
carbon projects, delivering 100% subsidised improved cookstoves exclusively to rural
communities across Africa, is proud to announce that more than 1.7 million carbon credits
from its Rwanda clean cooking projects have been tagged on the Verra registry as CORSIA
Phase 1 eligible. This latest tagging further reinforces DelAgua’s position as the world’s
largest supplier of non-jurisdictional CORSIA eligible credits with a total of 7,379,509 credits
tagged to date across its projects in Rwanda, Sierra Leone and The Gambia.

This tranche comprises 1,114,166 credits from VCS4150 and 635,458 credits from VCS3699.
Verra’s approval of these tags confirms that the credits are protected against the risk of a
Corresponding Adjustment not being applied. Airlines can therefore purchase them with full
confidence while the host government completes its Article 6 reporting.

This tagging comes on the back of the Government of Rwanda completing the
Corresponding Adjustment for 5,690,481 DelAgua credits in May 2026 with the publication
of the Common Tabular Format (CTF). This gave the insurance market further confidence in
DelAgua’s projects and facilitated further insurance capacity.

DelAgua anticipates delivering a total of approximately 15 million CORSIA Phase 1 eligible
credits before the retirement deadline of 31st January 2028.
