World Water Day 2019

This World Water Day, 22nd March, is about tackling the water crisis by addressing the reasons why so many people are being left behind.

Sustainable Development Goal 6 (SDG 6) aims to ensure availability and sustainable management of water for all by 2030. By definition, this means leaving no one behind.

Ways you can get involved with World Water Day:

Learn:  Get familiar with the issues that surround the water crisis & why people are being left behind without safe water. How can we reach them?

Share: Engage your friends and contacts. Use the World Water Day resources to start a conversation and inspire action.

Act: Hold an event to share ideas, or attend one. The World Water Day event map shows where events are being held.

Find out more about the day on the World Water Day website.
