DelAgua currently offers a free day's training on DelAgua's premises to anyone who purchases DelAgua manufactured equipment. Other organisations, such as RedR also offer DelAgua specific training programs. DelAgua offers pre-sales technical support for all the water testing products it sells. DelAgua has also developed a 2-minute Diagnostic Tools to assist customers with product selection. Through its links with the University of Surrey, DelAgua is also able to organise expert analytical support from some of the world's senior microbiological authorities.

DelAgua offers pre-sales and post-sales technical support. It is also able to offer analytical support, both through its own staff and through links with the University of Surrey, where it has access to some highly regarded professors who are world renowned experts in their field.
Training is provided at a number of levels, from a one day course that covers the contents of the kit and the basic procedures for its use, to a five day course that incorporates the use of the kit into groundwater monitoring and management. Longer courses are available and can be carried out either in our offices in the UK, or on a site of your choice.
In response to requests from many users, we have produced a video CD-ROM that demonstrates the use of the Oxfam-Delagua drinking water test kits, starting from first principles. The CD-ROM is supplied with all new kits, but it can also be purchased as a separate item.
The CD-ROM takes you through the different components of the water test equipment. It shows you how to calibrate and maintain the kit in order to maximise its working life. We demonstrate the methods of analysis for the five basic parameters and provide instruction on health and safety, troubleshooting, and alternative consumables that can be used for the growth of coliform bacteria.
For convenience, the CD-ROM for the water testing products is divided into sections and subsections, each of which can be reviewed and replayed. The single incubator kit is the most widely used model, and so many of the demonstrations only involve this unit.
